Shipping policy

UK:
Orders over £60.00 will qualify for free UK mainland delivery. Items on our site displaying a FREE DELIVERY message will be shipped to UK Mainland addresses at no cost. Additional charges may be levied for addresses such as the Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man (e.g.: postal codes AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH). All free delivery items are sent using our next-day delivery service or by Royal Mail via a recorded delivery service.

Product Availability:
Many of the products are held in stock in our warehouse and we normally dispatch them within 1-2 working days from receipt of your order. You will be emailed an estimated time of delivery once your order has been processed.

All other items sent directly from the UK Importer or UK Manufacturer are sent within 1-2 working days from receipt of your order provided they are in stock.

All items that are out of stock with us, the UK manufacturer or Importer will take between 4-6 weeks on average to be either manufactured or delivered from the manufacturer. We will inform you as soon as possible on the estimate time.

Orders with multiple items may occasionally be dispatched from different locations resulting in multiple deliveries.

Delivery Addresses & Undeliverable Packages:
Please note that all orders require a signature on receipt. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the goods. If you require goods sent to a location that differs from the billing address, please select it from the delivery location menu on the basket page before you place your order online.

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Items dispatched with DHL recorded delivery will require a signature on receipt. If nobody is present to accept delivery, the package will be returned to the local depot from where it will need to be collected. If uncollected within 10 days, the package will be returned to us.

Please note that we take no responsibility for any orders shipped via EVRI. By choosing EVRI as your shipping option, you acknowledge and accept that any issues including (but not limited to) delays, lost parcels, or damages incurred during transit are solely the responsibility of the courier. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or investigations for any orders fulfilled through EVRI.

Should a postal carrier return an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a full refund for your items (excluding delivery charges). If you still require the items you ordered, please place another order on our website with a different shipping address.
